GOR function derivation

To calculate the GOR in 'meaningful' units (SCF/BBL), we need to take the mixture, flash it at standard conditions, and convert each phase to the appropriate units

1)  flash

2)  calculate the relative volumes.  Note that we multiply by the phase fraction to convert cm^3/mol to cm^3

3) Convert to appropriate  units:  SCF, BBL

4)  get ratio
